As a Dominican-American bilingual educator, author, and business development professional, I bring a people-centered perspective to the work I do and over 15 years of business experience. ARISE³ is the home for those connected passions: bilingual education, books, and business.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical: listen closely, ask useful questions, and turn good ideas into intentional and purposeful action plans.
